Vendors interested in a table at the 2026 KCTE Conference to be held March 14th at Transy University should fill out the Vendor form. If you have questions: please contact information@kctela.org.

Currently, we are offering the following for exhibitors at the 2025 KCTE Conference:
6 foot table from 6/20 (6-8pm) & 6/21 (8a-4p): $50 each (includes two chairs and plain table cloth)
3x5 (business card) color ad in the conference program – free with paid table reservation (one included ad per total reservation, not per table)
1/4 page color ad in the conference program -- $100
1/2 page color ad in the conference program – $150
Full page color ad in the conference program – $300
