Exhibitor Information:

Vendors interested in a table at the 2027 KCTE Conference to be held September 18th, 2027, at Eastern Kentucky University should fill out the Vendor form. If you have questions: please contact information@kctela.org. 

Payments are accepted via Zeffy or check/PO.  

Currently, we are offering the following for exhibitors at the 2027 KCTE Conference:

• 6 foot table: $100 each (includes a table and two chairs (tablecloth upon request)

  • 3x5 (business card) color ad in the conference program – free with paid table reservation (one included ad per total reservation, not per table)

• 1/4 page color ad in the conference program -- $100

• 1/2 page color ad in the conference program – $150

• Full page color ad in the conference program – $300
